This situation usually occurs when the App Store combines orders, merging Clarymind's subscription fee with other charges from purchases or auto-renewals made on the same day (such as subscriptions to other apps) into a single transaction.
Please follow these steps to check what items are included in your order:
- Tap "Settings"
- Tap "Apple Account" (at the very top where your name is displayed)
- Tap "Media & Purchases" → "View Account"
- Tap "Purchase History"
Please use these steps to check your App Store purchase history for that day. If you find that there is indeed an issue with the transaction amount, please take a screenshot and email it to contact@clarymind.com, or directly contact WhatsApp support, and we'll help resolve the issue - there's no need to worry.
We've encountered several users who reported this issue, and in all cases, the investigation revealed that the App Store had combined Clarymind's subscription with charges from other applications. There have been no instances of incorrect billing amounts from Apple, and Clarymind has no hidden fees or additional charges.

Yes. You can use your subscription account to log in to multiple devices simultaneously.
Important notes:
- Clarymind is specifically designed for iPhone, and the iPad display still needs some adjustments.
- Currently, Clarymind's screen time data, gems, experience points and other data are stored locally on each device. Data across devices will "not" be merged or combined.
(We've recently received user requests hoping to combine data across devices to better track their overall screen time usage. We are evaluating how to incorporate this mechanism into our future development roadmap.)
Clarymind does not have any education or student plans.
After subscribing on iOS, Clarymind has no authority to modify orders, process refunds, or remove Pro status. (App Store developers are like Apple's suppliers - once a sale is made, we have no right to cancel or modify the transaction.)
Clarymind offers a free trial version that allows you to lock one social media app and use AI unlock 3 times per day. You can try it before subscribing to evaluate if it's helpful before upgrading to a subscription.
